- Complete the PANAF Registration Form
- Choose your preferred membership level
- Open your Bank QR Code Scanner/Your Bank Barcode Scanner (Found on your Bank App - download and install)
- Scan the attached PANAF QR CODE and Enter the amount
- Done!
