A Bill to amend various acts creating new definitions and reconciling original definitions within these Acts. Also to create recognition of and protect traditional performances and to protect traditional intellectual property in South Africa. This bill ammends the following Acts: Performers Protection Act, 1967; Copyright Act, 1978; Trade Marks Act, 1993; Designs Act, 1993.
